WASHINGTON, DC – Today, Deputy Secretary of Commerce Don Graves met with Liechtenstein Deputy Prime Minister Sabine Monauni. During the meeting, the Deputy Secretary and Deputy Prime Minister talked about the U.S.-Liechtenstein commercial relationship and opportunities to deepen trade and investment ties. The two also discussed a recently established memorandum of understanding that will deepen bilateral cooperation between our countries to promote professional apprenticeships. The meeting concluded with a conversation reflecting on their government’s respective supply chain resiliency efforts. Deputy Secretary Graves noted that in 2023, the Department launched a first-of-its-kind Supply Chain Center that serves as an analytic engine to help drive the Department of Commerce’s decision-making and policy action on efforts to strengthen supply chain resilience. Deputy Secretary Graves welcomed Lichtenstein’s participation in the 10th SelectUSA Investment Summit, which will take place June 23-26 in the Washington, D.C. area.
